The British built more than 20 bridges on Kythera during their occupation. This two arch masonry bridge, within view of the Kastro at Hora, links Hora with Kapsali Bay

In 1826 the British built a 13 arch stone bridge linking Livadi with the small hamlet of Katouni. It is simply a magnificent bridge set against a traditional Greek landscape.
