This is a photograph of my grandfather, Peter E. Kassimatis's sister Yanoula. She was from the village of Fratsia and her extended family is in Athens today. This was taken in 1926. I did not see this photo listed in the 600 that they were trying to identify in the Fatseas Collection. However, the background and chair are identical to those in the other photographs. Just one other comment regarding the Fatseas Collection. I am so grateful to those who found it important to restore and preserve the photographs of total strangers. It is heartwarming to know that people cared enough to preserve the precious memories of our loved ones.
