KMC

The acronym* KMC was commonly used by a group of young second generation Kytherians in the 1980's to desribe gambling nights held at various venues in Sydney - but most often at Ramsgate Avenue, Bondi Beach.

These often occurred after Rugby League games played by the very talented and successful Kytherian Rugby League team - and continued long into the wee hours of the morning.

KMC denoted the Kytherian Manilla Club - Manilla being the gambling game of first choice.
