Con is a co-owner of Poulos Brothers, Fish Wholesalers.

Theothori Koukoulis, the Mayor of Kythera, and resident of Logothetianika, was accompanied to the Sydney Fish Markets, by Kytherian Association committee men, Michael Mallos and George Poulos.

Con Poulos, along with Andy Coombis and his family, and Con Gavriles, and with assistance from the Nicholas Anthony Aroney Trust - contributed towards the cost of restoring the Logothetianika bell and clock tower (καμπαναριό, πύργος του ρολογιού), which had been inoperative for 17 years.

All are proud Logothetiani.
