Mary Betty Mazarick (1933-1947) the youngest child of Michael and May Mazarick, died at 14 years of age in a gym accident at school. She was known for her sweet nature. Her garnet birthstone ring was passed down to her niece twenty years later, who shared her name and a January birthday. The ring has been passed on once more to her great-niece, who also shares a January birthday. Mary Betty's picture remained by her mother, May Mazarick's bedside until her death in 1983. Her picture is now by her niece's bedside. Her sweetness lives on..
