Boggabri Cafe, Boggabri.

Photo taken in August 2005.

Both stores were vacant.

When we re-visited the site in February 2006, the two buildings had been razed to the ground.

In early February the local Council had given the site away to a local Mining Company, free of charge, as long as they agreed to demolish the buildings, and remove the rubble.

From Peter Tsicalas' research, we know that in 1935-1938, in Boggabri,
Stam. N. Christianos from Potamos had the White Rose Cafe.
George Pan. Kritharis from Karavas had a cafe.

Who was the last Kytherian to occupy this building?

When was it closed down for the last time?
