Con Fardoulis, long time proprietor of a cafe in Inverell

shows that he has retained all the skills required to make & serve milkshakes

He is using one of the multiple milk-shake mixers from the 60's and 70's.

Milkshakes and "spiders" were served to all after the "Roxy" Cafe was officially opened.

Waiters and waitresses included, Con Fardoulis, George C Poulos, Peter McCarthy (Makarthis), Judy Gianneas, and Peter Gianneas.

Prices were $5 each, but $15 if you wished to retain the metal milkshake container especially designed and imprinted with a "Roxy" logo for the occasion.

Demand for both milkshakes and containers was "overwhelming".

The size of the milling throng can be gauged by the number of customers waiting to be served - reflected in the mirror, behind Con.
