"Incidentally, the sensational navy 1949 Hudson Commodore (reg. ZY840) was my father's pride and joy from 1949 until 1960. It certainly was a very effective accessory on the occasions I was allowed to borrow it".
It is disturbing that PictureAustralia - http://www.pictureaustralia.org/apps/pictureaustralia - the very extensive Australian photographic data base - does not have a single photo of the Kings Theatre, Rose Bay North.
