The front counter of Peters and Co cafe - the Roxy Cafe

On the night of the grand opening of the restored and renovated cafe - 9th April, 2011 - a milling throng clamoured at this counter to be served with milkshakes and strawberry and lime "spiders".

The occasion also marked the 75th anniversary of the opening of the Roxy "complex" - which included a cinema and a guest house.
