Brisbane 2011 anzac parade... we must remember the men and women from kythera and the rest of the greece that served for their new country , they who have paid the greatest sacrifice to ensure that the future generations can enjoy the freedom that they fought for, im afraid not enough is done for these people, we are concentrating far too much on windmills , archaeology digs, lectures ,symposiums etc, no one talks or does anything about these people. too much money is spent on other things on the island, it is about time a war memorial is erected on the island to remember the kytherians that had to defend an other nation ..please contact me if you are interested in establishing this somewhere on the island, it is important that this is achieved in honour of the brave men and women that did this...
