Can anyone help identify this Exoklisi?

Andrew G. Saffas, from California, took a photo of an Exoklisi in Kythera in 1991. We think it is in Potamos, but can't be certain.

We would be very grateful if someone who knows the exact location of the Exoklisi, and the name of it, would share that information with us.
