Certificate of Registration from Fatsathika

I am trying to get an official copy of my
grandfather's certificate of registration from the municipal records of the city/town where he was registered.

His name was George Jean LORANTOS (LOURANTOS) and was born in Fatsathika, Kythera on 8 April 1894.

This document is required by the Greek Embassy so that I can apply for Greek/EU Citizenship.

I don't know how to obtain this document. I've written to [email protected] (I don't remember where I got this as a reasonable contact address!) but haven't gotten any response.

Any help anyone can give me will be very much appreciated!
