Information needed about the origin of my name

Hello. I am trying to find out if anyone knows anything about the name Kythea. This is my name, and while I am not of known Greek ancestry, I find that the most obvious source for my name is Greece. (My grandmother, who has passed, always said she came up with the name.) I have been unable to find out much about it, but recently stumbled onto a resort by the same name. My name is pronounced "Ku-thea." Does anyone know the pronunciation of the resort? Any help would be appreciated.
