Looking for info on Anastasios (Ernest) and Spiridoula (Lily) Combes/Coombes

Spiridoula (Lily) and Anastasios (Ernest) Combes/Coombes married and came to Australia in 1924. They are my grandparents. I have found information on my grandfather's line, but not much on my grandmothers. Her details are:
Spiridoula Coombes, also known as Lily Coombes married in December 1923. Came out to Australia on the ship the Largs Bay, 1924. Lily and Anastasios (Ernest) went to Tenterfield to work for Anastasios' brother, George Combes who owned cafes.
Had 3 children - 2 girls, 1 boy.
Was living in Sydney by 1929, when my mother Maria (Mary)was born. We have some letters written from a Tasia who was apparently Lily's cousin dated in the 1950s and 1960s.

Does anyone have information they can share about them? Be most appreciative.
