Panaretos Families

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew anything about the nicknames of the Panaretos families?
I have been going through the Venetian Censuses (1721-1788) and there appears to be 4 families. Are they related or separate families?
In the censuses the nicknames appear to be Marango, Noto, and Xilino. The other family were priests mainly.
Don't know which one is mine yet but am basically doing a family tree of the 4 families from 1600's to 1788 census.

Any info or comments would be great.
