Theothosios Souris, had the parachoukli - "o Layos" - "the hare". He married Kanella Vernardos.

George Souris advises me that his nickname derived from ".....his propensity as a kid to chase hares/rabbits".

Theo and Kanella had four children; in age order - Peter (Tweed Heads), Anastasia (Epping), George, and Stavros (Newcastle).
