Peter Panaretos settled in Glen-Innes (near Armidale) in NSW, and took over the Peter’s store. He ran the business with his brother Andy (the 7th child of Spiros Panaretos) until he died from pneumonia in 1944. He was in his late 20’s. Peter left the business to Andy who then ran it for many decades.
