The ceremony took place at the Δημαρχείο in Chora on 29 August 2006 at 11:00am. Tim was proclaimed “honourary citizen of Kythera” (Επίτιμος Δημότης Κυθήρων) for his contribution to the archaeology of Kythera and the promotion of the local history of Kythera.
