Over 300 people joined in a night of Greek feasting under the stars on Saturday to celebrate the opening by the NSW Governor, Her Excellency, Dr. Marie Bashir, of the Roxy Greek Museum. Con was a long time proprietor of a Milk Bar in Inverell, and Catherine is the widow of the late Dr Archie Kalokerinos. Archie, Catherine and family spent 10 years in the town of Bingara.
