Religious art work, Agios Anargrios, Potamos

This religious art work is quite magnificent, constructed with padded fabrics, finished with embroidery and in parts painted. I believe it was created by woman from the Island. Unfortunately my photograph is a little out of focus and does not do it justice.

Interior, Agios Anargrios, Potamos - religious artwork

The interior of Agios Anargrios is beautifully decorated and has been well maintained. However there is an urgent need of funds for repairs to the ceiling which was damaged during a recent earthquake. Cracks run the full length of the ceiling.
