agia despina near karava faces main land greece with the ferry boat nissos kythera on her way to napoli.

one of the largest villages on the island potamos. potamos is the business centre of the island with plenty of social activity to be found.
favourite family beach at kapsali after a cool swim walk into one of the great restraunts for a cool drink and a great lunch.
The steps of Karava where in past years the karavites would grow their crops for themselves and to sell at Potamos markets on sundays. Note the new homes and the houses that have been forgotten. What a pity.
