Spirathoula Mentis.

A Relative. My maternal grandmother, Yeoryia Koroneos, was a Mentis.

My mother always referred to herself as a "Mentitha" in preference to a "Koroneissa. The Mentis derive from the adjacent island of Lafonnissi - where they continue to dominate the population statistics.

The first woman I met on the trip to the island (June 28, 2007) was a Mentis..tou Yanni.
