Vrettos Alfieris (1890-1974) and his son-in-law Nikos (Felias) Georgopolos at "FELIAS", their shop in Potamos. Probably 1950's. The shop originally sold produce, then it evolved into an automtoive supply shop, which appears to be reflected in the photo above. Today it is a fishing supply and tackle shop.

These two ladies married Chlentzos men who were first cousins. Eleni Coulentianos married Dimitri Chlentzos and Kalomira Moulos married another Dimitri Chlentzos. According to Stamatoula Chlentzos, who is 100 years old, they are playing a game of, "who will break the koulouri first". The one who wins is said to have good luck in their marriage.

Theo is seated at the front of the picture. At the time he was 20 years old. The names of his companions are not known, but it is thought that they were fellow musicians, a bouzouki and a mandolin player. Theo played the violin. What was the occasion - they are dressed in suits, with sprigs of daphne in their button holes?
